RETURNS
If you want to cancel your purchase, it must be clearly communicated to GLOWB before the cancellation period has expired. The customer can notify GLOWB via email info@glowb.se. State name, address, order number and other relevant information. No right of withdrawal is offered for special-order goods that are made to order.
Finished carpets
We offer open purchase and right of exchange on all ready-made rugs where the customer is responsible for the return cost. Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date and the item must be unused and undamaged, in new condition. You are responsible for packing your return properly so that it is not damaged during transport. When returning, please request a return via your account or contact us at info@glowb.se.
Specially ordered and made-to-measure rugs
You have three days to cancel your purchase before the production of your item starts. After production has started, there is unfortunately no possibility to cancel your purchase.
