Delivery time

Custom-made rugs normally have a delivery time of 10-12 weeks, but deviations may occur.

Our ready-made rugs are normally delivered within 7 days.

Shipping

We ship within the EU and to Norway.

Our delivery partners normally deliver to the front door of the building. The delivery does not include delivery inside your home, unpacking or installation, but such extra services can be agreed upon.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the status of your shipment.
